A Therapist committed to Embracing your Resilience.

- Viktor E. Frankl

Between stimulus & response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth & our freedom.

I believe that a client’s capacity for growth is intrinsically connected to the ongoing personal and professional development of their therapist.  To be fully present and effective in my role, I continually invest in my own progress through ongoing education, personal reflection, and self-awareness. Having moved through my own journey of transformation, I bring with me practical, evidence-based tools that resonate in everyday life. I believe that once we create a safe and trusting space together, your capacity for insight and healing is limitless.

From a neuroscientific (neurochemical) lens, thoughts and feelings have chemical and energetic charge. For example, anxiety and depression are physically (somatically) felt throughout the central nervous system. Setting aside the science, we intuitively know that there is pain associated with feelings (e.g., grief, getting your feelings hurt or heartache).

I work to integrate mind-body connections thereby altering your central nervous system in a manner that directly correlates to positive behavior changes. At the core, change encompasses a sequence of new adaptations centered on gaining insights into ourselves, those around us, and the dynamics we share with the world.

I encourage you to embrace therapy, let’s get started.
