A Therapist committed to Embracing your Resilience.

- Viktor E. Frankl

Between stimulus & response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth & our freedom.

I believe clients' potential for growth is linked to the personal advancement of their therapist. To maintain effectiveness in my role, I consistently devote myself to personal growth, educational training, and self-reflection. Having navigated my own transformative journey, I bring with me practical techniques that have been proven to work in real-world situations.

I am confident that once we establish a secure feeling of safety together, there are no limits to the growth you can achieve.

Your Biggest Supporter

From a neuroscientific (neurochemical) lens, thoughts and feelings have chemical and energetic charge. For example, anxiety and depression are physically (somatically) felt throughout the central nervous system. Setting aside the science, we intuitively know that there is pain associated with feelings (e.g., grief, getting your feelings hurt or heartache).

I work to integrate mind-body connections thereby altering your central nervous system in a manner that directly correlates to positive behavior changes. At the core, change encompasses a sequence of new adaptations centered on gaining insights into ourselves, those around us, and the dynamics we share with the world.

I encourage you to embrace therapy, let’s get started.
